The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations.
The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)
The facility features include:
- 250 person capacity
- 60' x 80' dimensions with a 8' x 15' raised platform along the back wall
- Seating up to 230 persons, depending on table configuration
- Commercial grade, fully equipped kitchen
- Elevator to hall entrance
- Coat room
- Free parking on premises for 75 vehicles (plenty of close street parking for overflow)
- 37 8' x 3', 4 8' x 2.5', and 8 10' x 2.5' folding tables available
- Large projection screen available
- Wireless microphone system
- 72 x 56 area with 10 foot ceilings
- Incandescent lighting available for more intimate events
Note: rates vary depending on type of event, day of the week, and clean-up requirements.
A children’s party can be expected to cost around $300, which includes a $150 rental fee and a $150 required cleaning-contractor’s fee.
A wedding reception reserving the hall for two days typically costs about $2,500 in rental fees and approximately $300 for a required cleaning-contractor’s fee.
